Soar Bungee Fitness was born from a love of movement, freedom, and community. We believe fitness should be joyful, empowering, and accessible to everyone. Our studio blends the thrill of bungee workouts with the grounding of yoga, the energy of cycling, and the strength of barre and pilates — giving you a space to fly, sweat, and discover what your body is capable of.

We’re not just a fitness studio — we’re a family. Our classes are designed to make you feel supported, strong, and unstoppable. Together, we lift each other up (literally and figuratively) so everyone leaves feeling a little lighter than when they walked in.

Life taught me that dreams aren’t just made of hustle—they’re built from alignment, kindness, and dancing your soul.

lead strength instructor | dance fitness

Latina with a worldwide heart who grew up on Jane Fonda tapes, red blood cell books, and the dream of choreography. My path wound through graphic design, media, and global stages as a choreographer for one of the world’s biggest fitness brands before I discovered my true calling: helping people fuel their nervous systems, build resilience, and lift each other up.

Today, I sip matcha like it’s a ritual, move to the rhythm of life, and bring a mad-scientist curiosity to strength, wellness, and connection.

Nikki warner

Originally from Illinois, Nikki has called Savannah home since 2015. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her working her 9–5 at a behavioral health nonprofit, writing poetry, or dancing salsa.

strength | yoga

Nikki Warner obtained her first group fitness certification in 2022, quickly discovering her passion for helping others grow stronger—both physically and mentally. She started by teaching full-body strength and HIIT classes, then expanded her expertise with a cycle certification in 2023 and completed her 200 hour yoga training in 2024.

Nikki believes deeply in the power of the mind–body connection and how intentional movement can support not only physical health, but also emotional balance and mental well-being. She loves watching people gain confidence and strength as they take ownership of their wellness journey.

Christine’s motto: “Support your local everything!” And she lives it! Gleefully juggling business ventures, entrepreneurship, spin, and attending and/or throwing local events. Basically, she loves building community wherever she goes!

Her classes are all about sweat, tunes, and showing up unapologetically. No perfection here. Just good beats, hard pushes, and definitely a shimmy mid-sprint. You in?

adriana bozza

strength | cycle | yoga

Adriana has called Savannah home for seven years and loves nothing more than building community through movement. A new mom, dog mom, and hospitality pro, she finds joy in lifting heavy, planning local events, and connecting people.

Fun fact: she went to culinary school!

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her snuggled up with her newborn, boyfriend, and two pups or on a walk at Daffin park!

75 slow flow

I will be guiding Slow Flow classes grounded in the discipline and ritual of Ashtanga Yoga - where the power of breath and movement meet! My classes are about connection; linking each inhale and exhale with every bend, stretch and transition. Outside of the studio you'll find me in the gym, garden, or hanging out with my dog (who's just as obsessed with movement as I am!) Let's heat up and slow down.

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a certain fitness level to belong here. Every class at Soar offers options so you can move at your own pace. We believe movement should be inclusive, adaptable, and fun—no matter where you’re starting from.

High-energy Spin & Bungee Instructor who believes fitness should feel more like a dance party than a chore. With playlists full of heart-pumping beats and a contagious enthusiasm, every class turns into a full-body workout wrapped in a fun, club-style vibe.

Whether you're flying through bungee moves or crushing the next spin climb, the mission is simple: move, sweat, smile, and leave stronger than you came. Expect motivating energy, killer music, and a judgment-free space where everyone can let loose and push their limits.

Because when the beat drops… the workout gets better.

nikki sharpe

barre | pilates

Originally from New Jersey, Nikki made the move to Savannah in 2023 and has been following her heart ever since. She has a deep passion for empowering people to feel confident in themselves. A licensed esthetician since 2012 and certified Reiki practitioner, Nikki's journey has always been rooted in self-care, self-love, and healing from the inside out.

Her love for movement ignited a decade ago when she discovered Pure Barre. After moving to Savannah she worked at two studios, deepening her appreciation for intentional movement and community. Her practice has expanded into Pilates, and she proudly embraces her “Pilates girly” era. With her background in skincare, energy work, and mindful movement Nikki weaves together mind, body, and spirit in every class. Her intention is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

barre | hot hatha 26:2

My name is Heather! I teach Barre and Hot Hatha 26 and 2.

I grew up dancing so it felt instinctual to want to teach a choregraphed movement based workout. I create the space to show up as you are and to give your best that you can in that moment. You get to see both sides of me through my teaching, being more militant (but still smiley) to getting in a groove and feeling the burn in Barre.

When I’m not in the studio, I am either going for a run, spending time with my friends, acting/singing on set, or laying out on the beach.

katie joiner

vinyasa flow

Katie was first introduced to yoga in 2015 as a college course. It quickly became a part of her weekly routine and even led to her teaching yoga on campus. She got more serious about her practice after graduating, and now it’s her “favorite way to move.”

Katie is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and is pursuing her 300-hour training in 2026 (all through the Body Poetic program).

She believes that regular movement is necessary for a happy life: "If we don't have an outlet for our energy, it turns into stress and anxiety. We need to get out of our heads and get into our bodies.”

Come take class with her if you want to be challenged and leave feeling relaxed! “My favorite thing about teaching is inviting people to explore movement in their body with curiosity and joy, as opposed to judgement or comparison.”

Originally from Indiana, Katie moved to Savannah with her family in 2006. When she’s not teaching class, you can find her taking class, snuggling with her dog Dozer, or dancing with her husband at a music festival.

meagan byrd

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Meagan is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki 1
practitioner, and an anticipated 2026 graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design,
specializing in painting. As both an artist and a yoga teacher, her work focuses on the art of
embodied practice— where stillness, presence, and observation, both of the internal and external landscapes, take center stage. She loves teaching gentle, restorative, and Vinyasa
style classes, incorporating moments of breathwork, meditation, or Yoga Nidra wherever she can. When she isn’t teaching, painting, or studying, Meagan loves to travel with her
dachshund, Oglethorpe.

Natalie Kurtz

hot hatha 26:2 | restorative yoga | yoga nidra

Natalie is a musician, yoga teacher, and lifelong creative who believes movement is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself. Her classes focus on mindful breathing, strength building holds, and creating a welcoming space where students of all levels can feel comfortable exploring their practice.

She trained as a hot yoga teacher at a small studio in her hometown in Ohio. Founded by a student of Bikram, the training was disciplined and deeply focused, giving Natalie a strong foundation in traditional hot yoga practice. In addition to hot yoga, she also teaches Yin and Restorative yoga, offering slower, grounding practices that support recovery and balance.

Yoga has been a deeply healing and transformative journey for Natalie, and she loves sharing that experience with others. When she’s not on the mat, she performs music around the Savannah area and continues exploring the connections between creativity, mindfulness, and community.
